Good morning from British Columbia,

Last night I was trying to do some internet banking both with my laptop (MacBook Pro 2018) and an iPad Pro 2017.

The Laptop working fine but the iPad would not log in.

At the same time as using both of these and for extra security internationally I was running a VPN server (ExprfessVPN) back to Melbourne over the link.

The Laptop working fiery but I could not get a login through the iPad.

Is there something stopping a login from here via the iPad?

Also, is there an iPad air iPhone APP available for IOS banking for the LCU?

Hi Raymond & Ros,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the internet banking from your iPad.

Could you try the following first:

Open Settings, and go to “iTunes & App Stores”
Tap on the Apple ID and enter the associated password.
Choose “Country/Region” and select the new country to associate the account with.

And select Australia if it's not already selected.

If that doesn't help, can you please send through a screenshot of the error message you're getting? Please send this to our info email address.

Regarding your query about an app, we are actually in the middle of a vigorous testing and compliance regime for the app we're planning to bring to market for both IOS and Android as soon as humanly possible! Don't worry, we'll be shouting from the rooftops to let our members know once this is available - no firm date as yet.

Please let me know how you go with the region change.
