Very frustrated with new website I just want to log into my internet banking and can't see where to do this. Please fix asap

Hi Clare,

We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware that the internet banking icon is not displaying as we envisioned. We are in the process of fixing this.
In the meantime, you can access internet banking by selecting the lock icon on the top right-hand side of the website. If you have any more trouble with this please let me know.

Why are symbols not allowed in passwords now? This new policy weakens password strength and is a backwards step. Or is it just lazy programmers.

In regards to using symbols in access codes for My Viewpoint, you are able to use some of the symbols. If you have been restricted in using particular symbols we are happy to assist you when you contact the office on 02 9859 0585 during the business hours.

Just visited LCU North Ryde office for the first time and had the nicest experience :) the staff were so friendly and helped me with all my problems and questions. Thankyou very much!!! I'm not nearly as intimidated by banking and finance anymore :)

I have been with lcu for over 35 years and most of the staff know me very well. The team are always quick to help if i have any questions on anything. I would never join a bank because of the close relationship i receive from the team. Now i am in retirement i know lcu will be there for me for the next 20 years.
