Changes to MyViewpoint Internet Banking

With the release of Osko, there will be some slight changes to your internet banking with the biggest being to the transfer screen.

Transfer

To conduct a transfer, head to the transfer money option in the payments drop down menu as usual:

The next screen is only aesthetically different to what you're used to, it has the same functions:

After clicking on New Payee you will see the new transfer options available through Osko:

  • Financial Account - Selecting this will bring up the familiar BSB and account number input.
  • Email Address and Phone Number -These are the two main PayID types you will use to transfer funds to individuals.
  • ABN and Organisation ID - These are the two main PayID types you will use to transfer funds to a business or organisation

If you wish to conduct a standard transfer, after you click Financial Account and enter a BSB number you will see the following:

Leave Standard Transfer selected if you prefer, or if you like, select Osko (yes that's right, you may be able to use the old account number and BSB addressing system and still send the payment over the new, faster channel.)

  • General information about Osko can be found here
