Phone Outage - RESOLVED

As at 1pm this afternoon 19th October 2018 - all services have been restored and appear to be operating normally. 

If you experience any difficulty when attempting to contact LCU or use the Phone Banking service, please let us know by using the email or enquire button. 

 

 

Please be advised that as of this morning (Thursday 18th October) our phone lines (including the phone banking service) have gone down.

What's happening?

  • In the next few hours a redirection is being placed on all of our lines to a backup mobile number. We thank you for your patience while this is being done.

When will it be fixed?

  • We will keep you updated as we receive further information from our service provider.
