I have been a member for many years, as well my husband and son. We have always been very happy with LCU services, in particular, the immediate response by staff when we call or email for any type of service, instead of the usual run around by automated voice systems used by the other banks.

I spoke to another bank after about 15 minutes of recorded messages and options. How nice it is to deal with LCU.

I have had car loans, mortgage loans and personal loans and you are the most wonderful people for fast friendly efficient service.

Thank you very much for the fantastic service and result of getting my money back so quickly. I'm sure if I was with a bank they would not have even informed me there was a problem, let alone fix the issue. Thanks again for your efforts.

Just visited LCU North Ryde office for the first time and had the nicest experience the staff were so friendly and helped me with all my problems and questions. Thank you very much!!! I'm not nearly as intimidated by banking and finance anymore.

Thank you and thanks to the team for making the LCU part as simple as could be. When I tell others about our LCU experience they find it difficult to believe! I don’t really understand why people bother with banks.

Thank you - it is always a pleasure to do business with the LCU. Hopefully one day our daughter will start up her own account with LCU and see how pleasant banking can be!! There’s nothing like spending an hour on the phone to a bank, enduring endless delays and dead ends, clunky voice recognition programs and awful recorded music just to query a credit card charge, to appreciate just how marvellous LCU is. Just thought I’d say.

This email may appear random in subject however during this COVID lockdown situation, with my University now being all online, I have realised I never properly thanked LCU for the tertiary scholarship funds they granted me back at the beginning of 2019. I put the funds towards a new laptop for my university studies, an item which is now essential during online education, and so I am blessed to have been able to purchase this laptop thanks to the generosity of LCU. Thank you very much. I'd also like to thank LCU for their continued support of the community in this time of trouble.

As many times before, I would like to thank all the staff at LCU for your great support. LCU staff helped us by contacting us overseas (despite the time difference), contacting the solicitor before making a transfer, and keeping us informed on each step in the transfer process. Thank you so much! With this email I would like to thank all of you for supporting us continuing this process, and all our daily banking needs. We are not sure when we are able to come to ####### and live in our new property, but some day in the near future we are expecting we will.

Our extended family have been associated with LCU for many years - we are part of the ###### family. I just wanted to pass on my thanks regarding how helpful and professional all your staff are when we have to contact LCU. In particular, in the past few weeks we have had assistance from Kerrie and Nalini in making changes to our account, and in moving money to purchase a couple of family cars. They have both been very pleasant, helpful, and quick at assisting us through email and phone contact, and they do what they say they will do asap. I've been a member of LCU for over 20 years now (probably closer to 25) and I can safely say that every single interaction I have had with your organisation and team has been superb. I never doubt for a second that you have had my best interests at heart and I feel thoroughly safe that you will do the best for me as a member as you possibly can. We would like to thank LCU staff for their help yesterday in setting us up to access internet banking. We logged in for the first time this morning and everything went very smoothly. We are very pleased we have finally come into the 21st century with this! I gotta say I love the service LCU provide. Collectively you are actually looking after our money and transactions... love it. Not experienced a banking group like this before. Should have listened to my parents hey!

I have used it (LCU - Banking App) and rapidly became a big fan. Excellent. Great work - which LCU regularly delivers!
