Card securityYou will be issued with your own personal identification number (PIN). Once you have received your PIN, we will send out your Visa Debit Card. You will be required to enter your PIN to authorise any ATM, POS, Non-payWave or payWave over $100 transactions. It is therefore very important that your PIN is memorised and not stored with your card for security. PIN securityYou should follow the guidelines below to protect against unauthorised use of plastic card and PIN. These guidelines provide examples of security measures only and will not determine your liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised EFT Transactions.
