How to access Boingo Wi-Fi

1. Verify

Verify your eligibility on Boingo’s website by entering your card number on mastercard.boingo.com (Please allow up to 24 hours after your load before your eligibility is verified)

2. Register

If eligible, you can register for a Boingo account to access your 3 months free Wi-Fi membership.

3. Access

Once registered, you will be provided instructions on accessing global Wi-Fi.

Download the Boingo app on your preferred device and login for easy access.

Cash Passport Platinum is reloadable, allowing you to top-up any of your currencies, anywhere, anytime.

You can reload online in three ways:

  1. Transfer funds from Debit Card (instant)
  2. Bank transfer (1 business day)
  3. BPAY (up to 2 business days)
  Intelligent currency selection

When traveling, your card will intelligently select the applicable supported currency of that destination (if you have that currency loaded on your card). If you don't have enough of the supported currency, funds will be used from your other pre-loaded currencies to ensure your transaction is approved.

  24/7 global assistance 

Help is a call away whenever and wherever you are. Cash Passport offers 24/7 Global Assistance. If you lose your wallet, simply call the Cash Passport 24/7 Global Emergency Assistance. Sometimes, these things happen. They will quickly organise a new card, free of charge and help you get emergency cash% so you can keep enjoying your holiday.

  Card to Card funds transfer 

Now you can share or transfer your travel money. Transfer instantly, from your Cash Passport to another Cash Passport issued in Australia or New Zealand in available currencies.

Card to card’ gives you the ability to instantly transfer money from one account to another, in both Australia and New Zealand, across currencies of their choosing.

  • Domestically – From one Australian Cash Passport to another, or from one New Zealand Cash Passport to another
  • Internationally – From an Australian Cash Passport to a New Zealand Cash Passport (and vice versa)

This enables you to split bills, repay friends for travel expenses or send money between the Australia/New Zealand to family. Simply login to ‘My Account’ to instantly send funds on the go.

Cash Passport Platinum is secured by Mastercard Zero Liability protecting you against unauthorised and fraudulent transactions, should your card ever be reported lost or stolen.

  Manage your account

Keep track of your travel money using your mobile, tablet, laptop or PC to login to 'My Account' and stay in control of your travel money.

Register for 'My Account', so you can:

  • Track your spending
  • Reload your card
  • Transfer between currencies
  • Retrieve your PIN number
  • Suspend your card temporarily
  • Cash out your remaining balance

  PIN Change at selected RediATMs

You may select your own PIN at selected RediATM’s in Australia. If you have forgotten your PIN, You may use the PIN Reveal function in My Account or contact the Card Services Team to obtain your PIN.

Use the PIN change RediATM locator to locate your nearest ATM.

  Retrieving funds left on the card on your return

If you have money left on your card and do not wish to reuse your card on your next trip or online, you can cash out your remaining balance to your nominated bank account in your 'My Account'.
