About Us At LCU we try very hard to be different from other financial institutions. As a Credit Union we strive to offer a service that's second to none.
We were established in 1954 and are a "non-profit oriented cooperative". Which simply means we see more to life than making money and charging members high fees and charges.
At LCU it’s all about you because as a member you are both a shareholder and a customer.
Naturally we have to operate successfully to add to our strength and security, but we don't have to pay shareholders who are only interested in dividends. We are owned by our Members.
