LCU sponsors Radiophysics Oktoberfest
LCU has a long standing relationship with the Radiophysics social club, so we were delighted to be given the opportunity to sponsor their inaugural Oktoberfest event.
Oktoberfest at Marsfield, held on Friday 21 October was a huge success. There were 80 adults and 19 kids in total. A good turn out from the Marsfield, Lindfield and AAO sites.
There was a home brew competition, with Adam Batten from Lindfield creating the winning Ale.
For the children, there was even fiercer competition with gingerbread decorating with Alexia winning the $25 gift voucher from the Australian Geographic shop. At the end of the day all the kids were winners as they all got to eat their creations.
The band, Five Degress of Freedom were great and provided entertainment throughout the night.
Michael and Ashleigh from LCU attended the evenings festivities and provided attendees with shows bags that contained subbie coolers for the adults and piggy banks for the children.
A big thanks to Kim for organising and letting LCU be part of such a great event. We look forward to sponsoring other social club functions in the future.

LCU's showbags for all attendees - the stubbie coolers came in handy!
