We have adopted a card monitoring service, conducted by our trained staff, will identify suspicious transactions and contact you to confirm the transaction is legitimate. As always, the team at LCU are here during working hours (9am to 4:30pm) weekdays and are contactable on (02) 9859 0585 to help with any questions you might have following a suspect transaction.
At times LCU staff may be unable to reach you if you are overseas and so a block may be put on your card in order to keep your funds safe from fraud. To prevent this from happening and ensuring your travel transactions are hassle free, it is vital that you contact LCU before you go overseas and let us know of your travel plans.
