Osko is coming

Osko is a brand new self-service payment system that LCU is excited to provide to our members.

Osko will transform the way we make payments.

You will no longer need to worry about BSB and account numbers when receiving or making a payment. You will only need a "PayID" which will normally be a mobile phone number or email address.

Benefits of Osko and PayID:

  • Swift - faster payments 24/7
  • Simple - use a mobile phone number or email address rather than a BSB and account number.
  • Secure - receive confirmation that payments are going to the right place. You are not giving out your account or Visa card details. LCU will have limits and second factor security requirements for these payments too.
  • Smart - you will be able to send more information with your payment now. No more trying to abbreviate the reference into mumbo jumbo. You will be able to type 280 characters, almost a short story, that’s more than a tweet and even more characters than this paragraph.

So, will you be “ready to go” Osko?

  • You must be registered for MVP internet banking.*
  • Make sure LCU have your current email address and mobile phone number.**
  • Business account holders – don’t worry you will be able to use this new payment system too. Just a slightly different process.***
